About This Course

As we get older, our body undergo various changes. Along with this ageing process, the risk of degenerative diseases increases. In Indonesia, many older people live at home with their family. Thus, it is essential for the family members to be able to support the older members of the family in preserving their quality of life. This course is developed to help people who take care of their elderly family member understand how to provide a good quality care while implementing a person-centred approach in caring for older people at home.


Seiring bertambahnya usia, tubuh kita mengalami berbagai perubahan. Risiko penyakit degeneratif pun meningkat dengan proses penuaan ini. Di Indonesia, kebanyakan orang lanjut usia (lansia) tinggal di rumah dengan keluarganya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi anggota keluarga lainnya untuk mendukung lansia mempertahankan kualitas hidupnya. Kursus ini dikembangkan untuk membantu orang-orang yang merawat lansia di rumah untuk memahami bagaimana memberikan perawatan berkualitas dengan menerapkan pendekatan berpusat pada lansia (person-centred care)


This course is suitable for family caregivers, care workers, healthcare practitioners, and generally people who have the interest in supporting older people who live at home to maintain their health and quality of life. A minimum age of 18 is required to pursue the certification pathway.


Kursus ini dapat diikuti oleh caregiver (orang yang merawat lansia) keluarga, profesional, praktisi kesehatan, dan secara umum bagi orang yang memiliki ketertarikan untuk mendukung lansia yang tinggal di rumah dalam mempertahankan kesehatan dan kualitas hidupnya. Usia minimum 18 tahun diperlukan untuk mengambil sertifikasi dalam kursus ini.
